FAQs

  • We provide a range of personalised support services including community access, companion support, independent living skill development, group activities, post-school support, and respite for families and carers.

  • We support NDIS and Non-NDIS participants aged 5 to 50 years with low to moderate support needs, including those requiring assistance with social engagement, daily routines, and community access. At this time, we are not equipped to provide complex care or support for individuals with high physical support needs (e.g., hoist transfers, complex medical care, or 24/7 supervision). We are happy to discuss your individual circumstances and help determine if we are the right fit for your needs.

  • You can get started by contacting us directly via phone, email, or our enquiry form. We’ll arrange a friendly chat to discuss your needs, from there we will arrange a meet and greet and if we are the best fit for you we will organise our service agreement and proceed with support.
